Refund Policy

30-day return window

Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because peptides are temperature- and handling-sensitive research materials, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned or resold and are not eligible for refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or containing the wrong items, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and vials. We ship a replacement at no cost — no return required.

Batch-failure guarantee

Every batch is published with third-party certificates before sale. If independent testing of a vial from your order shows results materially below the published certificate, we refund or replace the full order and pay for the testing.

How to start a return

1. Email sales@allenbiotechpeptides.com with your order number.
2. We issue a return authorization and prepaid label within one business day.
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Non-refundable items

Opened vials, reconstitution supplies with broken seals, and shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
