The complementarity argument
The reason combination protocols appear in the literature and in lab practice: the two act at different layers of the repair cascade. TB-500's actin mechanism affects whether cells can move — migration into a wound bed is actin-dependent by definition. BPC-157's reported effects concentrate on the local environment those cells arrive into: vascularization, growth-factor expression and cytoprotection. In vitro, that maps to distinct assays — migration/scratch tests for one, angiogenesis and survival assays for the other.
